Is Vertha a bank?

No. Vertha is a structured-credit company formed by experienced professionals in the sector. We structure liquidity solutions according to each operation's profile, upon registration, documentary, legal and credit analysis.

Is approval guaranteed?

There is no guaranteed approval. Every request undergoes credit analysis and registration, documentary and legal validation before any structuring.

What documents are required?

Company registration data (including CNPJ), information about the receivables and supporting documentation, processed in accordance with the LGPD.

Do you work with FIDC?

Vertha is in the process of structuring an FIDC; it is not yet an available offering. Its availability will depend on its effective formation, portfolio maturity, qualified service providers, governance and applicable rules. This content is not an investment offering.

How does receivables advance work?

From NF-e, trade notes and contracts, we analyze the portfolio and the operation to structure the advance, always subject to credit analysis and the current credit policy.

How does credit intelligence work?

Technology organizes data and supports the committee with a decision engine and AI. The credit decision, however, is always human and subject to governance.
